Extremely poor costumer service. They take a long time to answer your question and then give you wrong answer anyways. Waste of time.

I placed an order for 1 pair of shoes and 4 bags. Two of the handbags are great and fully met my expectations. The other two were too small (be aware os sizes!) and unfortunately I will have to return them and request a refund. If everything goes as expected, I will place another order. It is important the site that you order from is reliable and that also is revealed the way returns are handled. Trust is a major key when ordering online.

The first item originally arrived in the wrong colour. There also seems to be no proper returns process in place, which resulted in endless back-and-forth emails just to reach a basic compromise. The whole experience has been exhausting, frustrating and unnecessarily time-consuming, and in the middle of all this, nearly 3 months passed. Very disappointing experience overall.
