Ordered back in September for the reformer set and the essentials pilaties set. The products appear to be well made and all lilac / light purple on the site. However upon arrival these products did not match the description at all. The purple color shown on the website was not what I received at all - and the items within the sets themselves appeared to be mismatched. The timer on the reformer was damaged. My orders were also shipped separately and it took a very long time ( I would say 2-3 weeks) to receive any update on the second part of the shipment. Once I reached out to customer service I then recieved tracking and the item arrived within a week from that time. The products were shipped from China also. I normally am not picky about items ordered online as I know it is a gamble sometimes - however when you spend $200 or more thinking you are getting good quality name brand workout products and receive cheap knockoffs/poorly made items it is quite disappointing. Save your money and get the same quality for a fraction of the price on tik tok shop or Shein/Temu!
