I had sent a few (2 I believe) emails asking about the status of the order as over a week went by but it was still showing as Prescan (or something). They didn't reply to those emails quickly but DID reply fairly quickly when I sent a message via Shop.
Their post office has issues it seems, but the 4 stars are for a bit of lack in customer service (replying to querries via email in a timely manner).
Note: The SENDING END post office in Idaho apparently has issues about scanning packages (per Candeo Candle) and my order was received the day MY LOCAL post office scanned it and sent it out for delivery.
