Both orders struggled to be shipped, it seems. First order was during the holidays so I understand, but the 2nd was months later and just appeared to be overlooked? Customer svc is responsive and friendly. Not a fan of the wax melts so much. Not much fragrance emitted and goes away quickly. I bought several different wax melt scents and two different scented candles and they’ve all been lacking in fragrance. The room sprays on the other hand are fabulous! Cannot say enough about how great they last and smell just fantastic!
