I found customer service unhelpful and pretentious. I placed an order then got a 20% off coupon that would expire wayyyy before my order arrives, how do I know the products good enough to buy again if you don’t wait til I actually have it? And then when I got them the clips were too small for my hair. They get loose and hair falls out almost immediately. Overall super disappointing experience.
