I ordered three different pattern items. The information to download two of the patterns arrived fairly quickly. The third (1000+ Crochet Patterns) was never available. I contacted customer service and was eventually sent a pdf file. The received file was for knitting patterns. I will be again contacting customer service to attempt to get the correct pattern collection.
