I Guess they get many returns on the shorts either having or not having magnetic lock as you can buy both in same color and print - also the order process is return only, not exchange model or size, giving a lot of work if you order wrong - in my case a shorts without magnetic lock. Should have read better, but the UI could be challenged here.
