Delivery was quick after it was processed, but there was no communication or a reply to my emails before the delivery was processed because I sent about 3 emails in total regarding delivery because no update was done in 2 weeks from the day my order was confirmed and I emailed without any response. Otherwise the product is wonderful and was delivered within 2 days after a new delivery update was reported.
