I bought the led board as christmas gift for my daughter. It is cheap quality and is not worth the high cost of the item. Same stuff is available on amazon and temu at a fraction of the cost.

I ordered it in early December and it didn’t arrive for Christmas. I finally had to contact them at least twice and after a while, it finally came.

Terrible product and awful customer service.

Took very long to receive and screen scratched cleaning with cloth

It was the 3rd drawing board we bought for our granddaughter. The other 2 arrived scratched. We went with Cosmody and everything worked out great!

Terrible customer service they don’t listen. I didn’t get what I needed. The device was defective and nearly burnt my cousin’s finger off and then they couldn’t fulfill sending it to them via email. Everything was a mess.

Didn’t receive my full order. Contacted them and no response.

The delivery time was ridiculously long at almost 6 weeks and the product came broken. I will NEVER buy from Cosmody again. Their name should be 'Comedy because the company and products are a joke...'

They took quite awhile to arrive. Possibly because of the Christmas season.

Shipping took a long time. No way to track the package other than "it's been shipped".

Took over 2 months, so I had to buy new presents for my kids. It would have been too much of a hassle to return it.

Very disappointed, the light strip didn't work, it only worked for the first few hours and then started flickering and didn't work again

Felt dooped, you're sending products from China that take over a month to arrive. Thankfully my product arrived, but it very much felt like a scam.

It was hard to tell what actually came with the board for the post, so I ordered extra markers because of that. It also took a long time to get here.

Bad tracking information; long shipping times.
