Great up front customer service but it has lacked since purchasing

It came very promptly and very discreet, which was greatly appreciated. Honestly, my wife and I didn't realize this size.Everything is a little bit smaller than what we were thinking.But on the other hand it is a really nice toy.

You got 2 of my orders wrong and never fixed it. I will be taking my doll purchasing business elsewhere.

Customer service is in the toilet. When I called to express my concern about receiving the wrong doll, the person said that that was unlikely and then when I told her it was true, she said, well, maybe we just didn’t have it in the warehouse. Then told me she had customers waiting and she had to get off the phone with me. I’m a freaking customer and I needed help. Absolutely ridiculous.

This mistake needs to be fixed asap.

I had high hopes when I ordered from Absolute Sex Doll, but my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I received the wrong doll entirely, which was a huge letdown since I had specifically chosen a model that suited my preferences. The doll I received was nothing like what I ordered, and it felt like a complete betrayal of trust. What’s worse is that I’ve tried reaching out to their customer service multiple times via email, but I’ve been met with silence. This business is a scam.
