Unhappy with customer service, you would think after my order was lost and it took two weeks for me to get it you would have added to the order

Too long of ad after purchase and had to wait to close so wouldnt get double billed. Make it faster and to the point,probably get more orders.

I paid for shipping ,but it still took 10 days to received.

AWFUL!! Paid for product and was "on the way" a month ago. Still haven't received it and no response to emails. Apparently, it's a scam company sending it from China or somewhere in that area

Product was delivered on time. Packaging was good.

Paid for expedited shipping and it took over two weeks to receive product. When I contacted customer support I was just told it is on its way. Customer service claimed they were unable to help once shipment is shipped.

Ordered, it came and isn’t working for me

I ordered 12 of the MyoGrow and received 10. I ordered 6 of the TestoCharge and received 2.
