I love this brand for their variety of binder colors and designs, sturdy pocket pages, and clear sleeves that protect my collection. Shopping on their site is easy, however, I wish I could filter on 'in-stock only' products as a lot of items tend to be sold out. I would also like a little move variety with the pocket pages as kpop groups continue to release different sized inclusions.

The website can sometimes have issues and I found it hard to get to the preorder site unless it was through my email. However, it didn't affect my shopping experience all that much. You kind of expect it from a small businesses with this much growth. I much prefer the Ultbias products to the ones on amazon and websites don't need to be fancy they just need to be consistent in organization and utility.
