Comme je suis en France le temps de livraison est un peu long puisqu’on s’est habitué au Max livraisons sous deux jours mais ça va ça ne m’a pas tué. J’avais juste trop hâte que le produit arrive alors l’attente m’a paru longue.

Fairly simple process but bloody expensive for what it is.

I should be notified 3 days before my subscription to confirm order but this not happened so been forced to spend extra money and despite cancelling it straight it took few hours, just enough to be told order just been send from warehouse. Not happy with the experience at all as I had to pay from my own money to send back the product.

terrible order tracking - two links sent and neither worked, very slow delivery - budget delivery for the free delivery - would rather pay and get it in reasonable time

Horrible company with very poor customer service and makes it impossible to cancel subscription. Please be careful.

Really good oil gives volume on the hair and its not greasy the hair look so nice after every massage. I can see hair growth with this growplex. I been using it past 1months now and its really working I ahve lots of baby hairs now.

Good afternoon I have placed a shipment about 40 days ago and upon contacting the parcel office to pick it up they have informed me that they are unable to locate the shipment I am extremely disappointed considering I am a reaccuring customer with this being my 3rd purchase and this is the first time that an unreliable courier has been used previously fedex was used now local post leading to my shipment being lost

I have paid for my item and have not received it, the communication is poor you are basically left as a customer to figure out where your product is. You get a tracking number and you call the courier they don't know where your product is and you get sent back and forth with no care for the customer. Its really disrespectful
