I really like the Growplex product itself. It has a pleasant scent, the texture feels great on my hair, and it doesn’t leave my hair greasy, which I really appreciate.
Unfortunately, my experience with the customer service has been very disappointing. The bottle I received was defective and leaks whenever it is shaken, causing the product to spill and go to waste.
I contacted customer support by email and sent photos and a video clearly showing the issue. Instead of helping resolve the problem
