The first pair of shoes I got were a little small as my toe bumped even though it was my normal size. When checking with other shoes they were indeed too short. I had a hard time finding an envelope that fit them so it took me a while and a couple post office visits, but once they were off the next pair came quickly. I checked my bank statement and have not seen the postage reimbursement yet though.
