The issue I'm having is that the shoes are not the quality I was expecting for the price I paid, firstly, but also that they are just not at all as nice as they look in pictures.
The lack of any padding on the upper means the laces dig in to the top of my feet, and the heel and sides are very shallow so the shoe can't accommodate orthotics without my foot feeling like it's going to pop out at the heel. I would like to return
