Company does not provide refunds. They offered exchanging the product for something else but requested that I first pay $16 return label. Will not be shopping here again.

Not the best quality in all items as I purchased two products and one was really scratch and caused faja burn

I had an issue with sizing and the communication with them for return/trade-in was very easy and simple. They replied quick and my package was sent back very quick. I was very pleased.

My clip broke after second use 😭

The stitching off the contour is coming off and for nearly $100, the stitching shouldn’t be coming off that easily and early. The size chart is not true to size either. I ordered a Black and received a Pink because black available (this wasn’t shown on the website which was out of stock, so website needs to be up to date and per)

If you offer a guaranteed one time exchange you shouldn't make the consumer submit a ton of photos and pay for shipping for you to approve the exchange. Just state its final sale.

Ordered this with high hopes and was honestly excited, but the second I tried it on I realized it was way too short for my torso.
