Easy shopping experience - but I ordered based on a promotion for a free lip balm with a certain dollar amount purchase. Somewhere along the lines between the email and packaging that info did not flow - and I got a second jar of Sun instead. Might actually be a better give away in terms of value - - but something was off. That said shipping info, notifications and packaging were all high quality, clear and easy to follow.
