As I said in my review my order didn't fully arrive and when I contacted them through their website I've had zero interaction back after a missing item and a damaged item I received.
On IG I heard nothing until I actually replied to a reel and pointed out the problem after a few DMs the person I spoke to said I could pick two pairs which I did after looking on the site to hear nothing back
So not even sure if they've ordered the replacements or they are out for delivery.
