Customer services were very hard to get hold of. I sent several emails and messages on FB and Instagram and it took over a week for anyone to get back to me. The extra battery we ordered didn’t arrive with the vacuum and I could not get hold of anyone to help us locate it. Eventually I just got an email to say it had been delivered! Not helpful when we hadn’t received it! It did eventually turn up. It had been incorrectly delivered to a neighbour who had been away!
