Sadly, I did not receive my pieces by the promised dates. Delivery was weeks off both times. I missed being able to gift pieces at an important and sentimental event due to delayed delivery. There was no update, apology, or attempt to inform/make it right. I reached out to inquire and no incentive was offered. Disappointing as religious jewelry often holds deeply sentimental meaning. (It was ordered for a memorial service.)
