i love shopping with them usually! unfortunately the newest kitsune was too small but they usually have good fits and easy access

It takes way to long for my items and I can never get in touch with this company when I have an issue, once again two of my items didn’t arrive

Anfänglich gab es eine Bestellung mir zwei Produkten hätte mir da allerdings eine info gewünscht die einem sagt dass ein Produkt aktuell nicht auf Lager ist und deswegen noch nichts geschickt wurde 🙈 Support war allerdings sehr gut (vielen dank für die Lösungsvorschläge!!) kann die Ankunft des zweiten Produkts kaum erwarten 😻

I received a response from customer service regarding my order status within a reasonable time. Buying a product on Amazon versus straight from their site were both easy processes. Products looked just like described and very good quality.

The shopping experience is okay. The products could be sorted better on the homepage, and the quality could be better for the price, but it's okay overall.
