Love the products, but hate the shipping! The cost of shipping is too high and they use DHL which is the slowest shittiest shipping on the planet. It can take up to 2 weeks before my order is even picked up and then up to 2 weeks more before it's delivered. Absolute shite!! 5 Stars for the products which are fabulous, 0 Stars for the shipping cost and delivery time! I don't mind paying premium shipping cost if they would use USPS, UPS or FedEx, at least they deliver quickly and efficiently, but it's horrible to know that you are paying exorbitant shipping costs for the worst shipping service possible.
