I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding my Order. I have sent multiple emails and have yet to receive a response or a refund for my missing package.
FedEx has now closed the claim because they did not receive the necessary action from your end. This was my first purchase, and it is completely unfair that I have lost $93 without receiving my items or any support from your team. I request an immediate resolution to this matter. Please let me know the status of my refund.
