First order went smoothly and was received within 10 days.
2nd order was ridiculous in the time it took, the fact that the wrong tracking number was issued. I sent email after email trying g to find where it was, told it was already landed, then told it had been held up needing a new invoice or some such, then it had landed, cleared customs but when they gave me the correct tracking number it had only just landed and had not been through customs.
Just a very very unprofessional experience
