Royal Mail said they'd completed the delivery of my order, but in fact I'd only received one (of two) packages. I contacted Ciúb as I'd bought the items as a birthday present for my best friend because I was so pleased with a set I'd previously got for myself. Ciúb responded immediately and sent another set, as promised. No quibbles at all. Luckily the replacement set, in the limited edition lemon stripe colours arrived safely.
