Low quality materials. Looks like they get from taobao or so china OEM, packed in their own brand plastic bag(even dont bother to removethe OEM packaging). For this quality, I can get from taobao 10x the price cheaper for what I had paid.

Initial email went to Galartsy’s Spam email and therefore did not see my email to cancel the order because I was not sure if the dresses would fit based on customer reviews and the return shipping policy was not clear. Galartsy intentionally waited until after my order shipped to respond and say there was nothing they could do. I checked with usps and Return shipping fees ranged from $30-$80 so now I am stuck with 2 dresses that do not fit and Galartsy has not responded to my refund request.

You guys never sent one of the two items I paid for, and are now demanding photo proof that you didn't send it? Check the shipping weight. You know this. Do you think I want two of the same vest? I didn't ask for a refund. I just want what I paid for. Shame on you for trying to scam me with customer service policies that make LITERALLY no sense and are designed to get me to give up and let you keep my money for something YOU NEVER SENT.
