Super easy buying and shipping process. Extremely high quality laser that is very easy to set up and use if you have a little experience with it. Of note, this model requires you to have your own PC to connect to it in order to operate the machine, but if you have a PC with Lightburn or you know how to install the EZCad2 software then you should be all set and won’t have any issues. Overall very positive and seamless buying experience and the unit is exactly as described.

Shopping is good, would recommend that your orders can be changed or cancelled before shipping on your website. I made an order and made an error on type of lens, emailed a couple different addresses for cloud ray to cancel that order then place a correct order. The order was canceled with no problem except wasn't sure for a couple days.
