It took three full weeks for the tube to even ship out. When I reached out to customer service to find out what was going on, it was a frustrating and unhelpful experience. Ultimately, the laser tube itself seems fine, but the terrible shipping time and poor customer service make it a two-star experience for me. If fast delivery is important to your business, I'd look elsewhere.
