My shopping experience was actually OK. But now after just two months, the engraver is no longer working correctly. There is no phone number for me to call for support. I have sent an email to tech-support for cloud Ray and I will see how that response goes.I am seeing two dots and a red line now when I turn on the controller switch and the laser switch. The machine is also giving me a high-pitched hum. It will no longer engrave. Things were actually going very well but now they are not.
