Recommend the company, though had some problems with one of the sabers ordered, but it was resolved. Plus one of the sabers were not delivered, but this problem is getting resolved right now. The replies are fast and helpful. Very grateful for their help. The quality is also amazing.

Bought a $500+ lightsaber and it arrived dirty. Turned it on once—cheap quality, weak sound, not worth the price. Tried to return it, but was denied just for removing the plastic film on the blade (which protects nothing). They claimed it looked “used” even though it’s spotless. Terrible return policy and customer service. Save your money—don’t buy from here.
