Love the perfume but I have to say shipping time was extremely delayed and I paid extra for expedited shipping. I was not even refunded for that or at least given discount for future shopping. That is not the best customer service but at least someone responded to my emails. If shipping could be resolved I think it would help with enthusiasm to buy more products.
