Itâs a great company. We reached out to them to an email yesterday because we saw the polar bears. We could get live videos so we wanted to know if that was the case with the Dolphins. They responded on Christmas Day within hours. It was an amazing quick feedback and we did learn that with the turtles and dolphins at this time they donât have the video however, the polar bears were super fun for us to all watch and we do still get to track our turtles and our dolphins. We just donât get the video. Great customer service great quality products and so many different adventures.
