Still yet to send me the correct stuff. They say it’s “backed up” but failed to disclose that upon purchase or delivery. Had I not tested the material they would’ve never said anything.

I buy some more stuff as i am loyal to them and like there stuff., i asked for the chains i brought from them back in 2022 to be referbished along with swaping my bracelet as its too small and they goes no which i dont under stand.
