I still have yet to receive the pieces that I ordered. I paid for moissanite, and you guys sent me cubic zirconia in its place. Then to find out that they weren’t moissanite because I asked can I return it and get a different size and you advise me. I didn’t even have moissanite pieces because they were on backorder but yet I was not refunded any money I have yet to receive my custom necklace. I ordered 2 1/2 months ago the worst, I would never recommend you guys
