You’ll never get a refund. False advertisement every is fake jewel fake all moissanite options are all CZ diamonds that will never pass a diamond tester. Product is all around trash . Cartice and Adamans is a scam they don’t sell real 925 silver nor do they sell real moissanite diamonds . Policy says you have 14 days after delivery to return item for full refund. They block your account then in 2 months tell you that your to late for a refund . But they’ll give you 2 dollars off your next item
