I am giving 1 star due to an incredibly frustrating experience. I received an order confirmation for a subscription I did not intentionally sign up for. Less than a minute later, I emailed support to cancel both the order and the subscription. Instead of simply canceling it on their end, customer service gave me the runaround, sending the same copy-pasted emails three times. To make matters worse, the cancellation link they provided in those emails didn't even work.
