When I emailed and said I wanted to return 3 items from the order, I was asked to keep trying and told how to wash my hair. Then I was offered a credit instead of shipping items back for a refund, which I didn't want. They explained that I would have to pay international shipping from the US to Canada. Items shipped from the US, and they have a US website, why would I have to return to Canada? It's a scam. I was scammed like this once before. Never again!

I need to return the sweet Vanilla body serum because they smell is too strong for me. The customer service has been very helpful to guide me about the returning process and gave me some suggestions as well. Unfortunately, the website had not mentioned anything about returning cost that is on the customer, and only mentioned free return as they guarantee customer's satisfaction. I spent CAD$20 sending the product back which I felt bad for the extra money I spent on this purchase.
