I understand you are a small company. I own one too. If a customer told me it smelled like the product went rancid AND they had an adverse reaction I would have not only refunded them in full (with shipping and tax), but opened a full investigation into the lot code for the product to make sure it didn't happen again. In the end I got a refund minus shipping and tax.
