Due to the dresses I ordered looking nothing like what was shown on the website, as well as being very poor quality, I inquired about returning. I finally got a response to the 3rd email I sent. I was given an incredibly suspicious address in China* w/instructions to mail the returns, at my expense and on rcp't I would be refunded.
