I had great phone contact also via email. I then travelled to Sydney & whilst there, visited the showroom so I could see and hear the instruments first hand. Again, very helpful response by phone to assist me to find my way. Customer service at the showroom was excellent, both informative & helpful. I had my purchases posted home to QLD - arriving 4 days later - amazingly efficient. Afterservice was also prompt. My experience was great. Only downside for me over was no shop locally in SE QLD.

Deciding which tin drum was not too difficult. Though I did a lot more research on YouTube to better understand the instrument first. Still, I think I should have got one with C major instead. Which I don't think Kalimba sells one that's suitable for beginner. Hopefully, I can exchange one so I could start learning and play a few popular melody.
