Had this for about 2 years with only niggles but now the door has stopped work. Trying to replace the door/door switch and motor as an amateur is utterly impossible. It’s been designed without any forethought to troubleshooting. If there was an access panel on the front it wouldn’t be an issue but you have to go through the back access panel which then presses against your windpipe as you attempt to fiddle with tiny screws in darkness. Buy the Litter Robot instead. That’s what I am going to do.
