3 month old unit junk !!!! I purchased 2 ! I loved them! My cats loved them then it was over , rake motor no longer works. Followed every video and instruction given. Your customer service sucks !!! I should have listened to reviews. I was dumb and believed in your product !! I could have spent the same 800 dollars for 1 litter robot and it would still be working . My one remaining elspet is doing same as the other. The waste drawer is so tiny I have to change every 3 days !!!! So disappointed in your company. Please don't even ask me about your customer service. It is non-existent!!!!
