I had a problem with my last order in that the shipping box arrived wet on a dry day. Upon opening the one tangible box was quite wet and had stuck to the other. Upon opening that product box, I found the reason for the trouble to be a faulty factory seal at the top of the bottle. I took pictures and sent to tangible. I had a new bottle replacement immediately and I received it in two days. Tangible actually sent the order for the replacement before I even sent the pictures. AWESOMENESS!
