Again, there is nowhere to complain. I never signed up for auto replenish. I didn't even make an account! Perricone "self made" a purchase on February 11th and charged it to my account without even asking. When I call, there is an AI agent that doesn't even have a way to let them know that I never made that purchase! I want my money back.
