I really like the product but I hate the subscription management is a real pain and I end up with to much or run out.

Love all the products!!

I need customer assistance, canceling my subscription and help with returning two of the three orders that I have, plus canceling the order that is in process immediately.

Received and was charged for a second shipment within one month, even though I was supposed to have 3 months between shipments. Haven't found any value in the first shipment.

I sent you my response.

Just realized that you will be automatically signed up for a monthly subscription that gets more expensive as you move on.

Not easy to stop auto shipments.

It’s a scam. Do not purchase. They charged me $542 even though I purchased from them only once in June a product for $86

Again I have said I do not want auto shipments and yet you continue to ship me items I don’t need or want yet. Then you want me to pay $90 some dollars for things I don’t need. It’s sad because I do love a lot of your products and would have ordered when needed. So now I will block you from using my card and report you to the better business bureau. I don’t think I will ever order again! And I want you to cancel this auto shipment because I will dispute it and you will not get your money.

Buyer beware.....I made what I thought was an order to try it and somewhere there must have been extra small print regarding a subscription...why order a subscription when you don't even know if you will like it? Well, I didn't like and ended up not knowing it was a subscription until my pay pal account was charged again for an order that had already been shipped. Couldn't return and was out $110.00 more dollars for something that I do not like.

I keep receiving a subscription that I no longer want and have tried to cancel numerous times.

Packaging for the set I received was dismal at best. I bought one set as a gift, but the brown cardboard set box looked to cheap to wrap it in.

Entire website lacks the ability to login and to look at your account to cancel orders, subscriptions you didn't know you were getting. Customer service is line was on hold for over 20 mins and chat function never got back to me once i put in what I needed. help with. Once I got in touch with someone about cancelling the subscription and sending it back, he didnt bother to mention that this was a 3-charge process of $104+. So I had to spend more time trying to get chat help or otp with someone -

I didn’t realize I had signed up for a subscription, and I can’t find an email that anyone will reply to, an account or another way to cancel the subscription! I might keep the subscription if the company would give shipping notifications to allow for skipping or pausing, but I do not need this much of this product
