Before I made my first purchase, I did send a facebook message and submit a contact us form on the website asking when they restock as the majority of the items on the website were out of stock and had been out of stock for over a month and a half. I never got any reply.
There really isn’t any distinct description of the colors. Example, I was trying to find the perfect pear white. It was difficult to tell by the pictures and their names. Pictures can be deceiving as nail colors often have top coats.
Or, a live video of the color would be nice along with the still pictures so you can really see the colors.
I was looking at one in the mermaid collection but some pictures made it look blue and some made it look purple. Not knowing what I was getting, I decided against purchasing it.
