Amazing Product and Wonderful Customer Service

I started using Migranium 3 months ago. Since then I have experienced a reduction in both frequency and severity of my migraines.

I ordered.. i liked it a lot and now I get some every month.. Its not a miracle it doesn't stop my terrible migraine but it definitely helps and I do believe drinking it daily helps to prevent many

I have never had an issue until my last order- I was sent the lemon lime because berry was out of stock. I sent an email and heard back immediately. They said they sent me lemon lime so that I wouldn’t be without the product and would sent me berry at no charge when it was back in stock. I got an additional % of my next order as well. Customer service is incredible!

I appreciate the updates and emails but not a fan of switching the flavors on me.

Didn’t work for me

Don't randomly change flavors.

I have purchased the ear tool and the past and liked it, so it was easy for me to try another product for this company. I didn't like that I was automatically signed up for a subscription. So I ended up buying a second months worth when I already had determined that it didn't work for me.

It came pretty quick after ordering it

Delivery was on time and they gave lots of updates to let me know newt order was coming

This device was so easy to use and instantly relieved the pressure in my head. It has made such a difference using both products other.

On the 2nd day I could notice the brain fog decrease and less migraines over the course . wait to try a different flavor .

Great customer service

Easy ordering, great customer service! I noticed a change in the flavor and sent an email to ask if the formula was changed. I heard back quickly, and they offered to send me the newest flavor to try!

I do wish you had an option to get both flavors in 1 purchase so I could see which 1 i liked better

I received the wrong flavor for my last order but customer service was great. They worked with me to get the correct one.

Even though its a good item and I love the flavors I got magnesium poisoning and had to stop drinking it.

Its an easy process to order, their website is easy to understand and I love the reminders to order every month.

It’s taken a good month of consistent use once sometime twice a day to see results, but I do think they are helping. I hope to see even more consistent results the next month as my body has had some time to get use to it

I liked it at first. But you changed the formula. Your customer service is great, but I have not seen any improvement in my migraines after several months of regular use.

No easy way to return.

The sign up was fine. Easy. But y'all send too many emails.

Everything went smoothly, I think it does help regular pressure during weather related head aches. Worth trying!

This company is a scam! Ask you to leave a review for $50 Amazon gift card. Then when you do they scam you out of that gift card.

Has a nice lemon lime flavor, easily dissolvable. Seems to be helping exactly what it states at clinically is proving to help with. I’m not having a migraine since I’ve been started taking it.

Fucking horrendous, company won’t leave me alone! I received the wrong product and have been harassed ever since and now the emails for a review won’t stop!

The purchase, shipping, and ordering with Zok has been an overall positive experience. Orders are trackable and deliver within a week. However, their customer service is what really sold me. This company values its customers. I was sent the wrong flavor due to an inventory issue. I was contacted within 24 hours of reaching out. The company relaced the bag, told me to keep the one I had, and applied a discount to my next order.

I was given a partial refund after I sent both packages back.
