If your stomach is sensitive to Migranium, I believe the dosage of magnesium is too high to own this product. It's just my honest opinion. Magnesium glycinate is supposed to be the easiest of magnesium on the stomach yet I was sick every time I drank this. It helped me sleep well though. I ordered a super low dosage of magnesium glycenate on Amazon and hope it'll help me sleep. It did nothing for my migraines but i only drank 3 full doses.

And to be honest not sure it helped at all. I think my hopes were so high that I thought so for a week but no still had a migraine and also had days of pressure and almost migraines if that makes sense.
