Overall the experience was terrible. The customer service was nonexistent - when i reached out for information about why my shipment hasn't arrived (3 weeks after ordering), the response was "we'll check on it". Even though I entered my motorcycle information to ensure a proper fit, the cover does not fit.
I am highly disappointed with this product and would not recommend.

I like custom equipment that makes our cross country trip more comfortable. Your cushion works great for most but an upgraded version might be better. I run a heated and AC Harley seat we have 45k miles on a 2021 Roadglide. I’d the back rest had rear pockets for passenger that would be more convenient and cut outs for the seat Post would help. Also an area for my control knobs for my heated and cool seat. I understand that would cost more in manufacturing but I would have been good with it.
