Although it takes longer for my pillows to arrive (I’ve ordered 4 over the years) I understand because they are shipped from China. This fact never discourages me because the pillows are worth the wait. The staff is always courteous & interested in answering my product questions. I highly recommend Ecoden for their product quality and customer service.

One of the worst experiences I ever had. I am unable to use the pillow. I don’t have a family member that can use it. I asked the company if I could have an authorization to return the product and you failed to provide me with that information. I would not recommend these pillows to anyone that I would not recommend your company to anybody
